This book is very informative and easy to read.
I lost 8 pounds in 12 days, I am concerned about what I lose too quickly. I have to admit I did not follow it to the letter guide. I did not stick well to the listed foods and meal plans (in addition to) get very little exercise, and weight continues to fly anyway.
